Black Diamond

Explore rough diamonds and raw uncut stones for custom jewelry designs. Compare the weight, dimensions, color and photographs in each listing; irregular shapes and surface features vary from stone to stone.

Ask us to confirm whether the selected item is natural or laboratory-grown, whether it is a single stone or a parcel, and any available treatment or grading information. For a jewelry project, discuss the stone with your jeweler before purchase. Email support@jayamargems.com or book a video call for help choosing.

Orders ship from India. Confirm shipping availability and any destination-specific requirements before ordering, and review our shipping information and return and refund terms.

Choosing a Raw or Uncut Diamond

What is a raw diamond? Raw and rough are terms used for diamonds before cutting and polishing. Their appearance and shape can differ from a finished faceted stone.

Does carat weight tell me the size? Carat measures weight. Compare the listed dimensions and photographs as well; stones of the same weight can have different shapes. If you plan to have a rough stone cut, ask a diamond cutter to assess it before purchase.

How do I compare uncut diamond prices? Compare each item's weight, dimensions, disclosed stone type and treatment, photographs, and whether the price covers one stone or a parcel. Contact us for the details you need for your project.
