Refund Policy — Jayamar Gems

Jayamar Gems does not provide refunds automatically for returned products. A refund will only be considered after the returned item is received and carefully inspected by our team.

1. When a Refund Applies

A refund may be approved only if our inspection confirms that the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed description or specifications due to an issue on our part.

If the product does not reasonably match the agreed customer expectations, we may also consider a refund after reviewing the product and all relevant details.

Simply returning an item does not guarantee a refund. All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Jayamar Gems.

2. Inspection Before Refund

Every returned item is inspected before a refund decision is made. We check the product's condition, tags, certificates, grading reports, packaging, and other relevant details.

For damage, defect, or wrong-item claims, we may also review the unboxing video and other evidence provided by the customer.

3. Customer-Caused Damage

Refunds will not be approved if the product has been damaged, worn, altered, resized, repaired, misused, or otherwise affected by the customer after delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, special-order, made-to-order, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

6. Important Notice

Jayamar Gems does not guarantee a refund simply because an item has been returned. Every returned product is checked carefully, and a refund is provided only when our inspection confirms that the issue qualifies under this Refund Policy.
