Please contact us before returning any item. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided via email.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all certificates, reports, and original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit, delayed, or rejected by customs.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, and special-order items are not eligible for return.

To request an exchange, you must submit an Order Exchange Request for review.

If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, the request may be rejected.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email.

Please include details of the new item for exchange.

Exchanges are only applicable when the new item is of equal or lower value than the original order.

If the new item is of higher value, the exchange will not be applicable.

All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval after receipt.

Custom-made, personalized, or modified items are not eligible for exchange.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us.

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

If production has started, a processing or restocking fee may apply.

Photos or videos of the completed item may be shared for final approval before shipment.
