Express Shipping
We use FedEx / UPS express courier services for fast worldwide delivery. Estimated arrival is 7–8 days after dispatch.
USA Customers
Orders to the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service with an estimated delivery time of 10–12 days.
International Shipping
For selected countries, we use India Post Registered / EMS International service. Delivery typically takes 18–20 days.

All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Made-to-order or customized jewelry cannot be canceled once production has started.
If production has already begun, a processing/restocking fee may apply.
Photos or videos of the finished item will be shared before shipment for confirmation.
Return Policy (Loose Diamonds Only)
Returns are accepted only for loose diamonds.
Customized or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided via email.
The item must be shipped within 7 days after approval.
The diamond must be returned in original condition without any damage or alteration.
We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or held by customs during return shipping.

Exchange is available only for loose diamonds.
Made-to-order or customized jewelry cannot be exchanged.

If incorrect or misleading information is provided, the request may be rejected.
Exchange instructions will be shared after approval.
If the new diamond value is higher, the price difference must be paid before processing.
If the new diamond value is lower, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
