We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners such as FedEx and UPS Express. Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days after dispatch.
United States Shipping
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered through USPS with an estimated delivery time of 10–12 business days.
International Shipping
For selected countries, orders are shipped via India Post Registered / EMS International Service. Estimated delivery time is 18–20 business days depending on destination.

All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
In case of delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier services, our team will provide complete support and tracking assistance.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation.
Please note:
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.
If the production process has already started, a processing or restocking fee may apply.
Photos and videos of the finished item will be shared with the customer before shipment for confirmation.
Return Policy
Customers must contact us before returning any product.
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided via email.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or held by customs during the return process.
Exchange Policy
Customers must first submit an Order Exchange Request for approval.
Any request containing misleading or incorrect information may be rejected.
Exchange instructions will be shared after approval.
Customers must email the details of the item they would like in exchange.
Exchanges are not applicable if the new item value is higher than the original order amount.
